E-Mail Sync w/PC

I'm new to the Forum so not sure if this is the right location to ask this question - but here goes. I have a new Razr and a new XYBoard. When I pull up my E-Mail on my PC, all that has downloaded disappears from the XYBoard but stays on the Razr. Can anyone help me with where and what setting I need to change so the same happens on both? Thanks!
