DX won't vibrate on received calls?

My wife has a problem with her new DX, where the phone doesn't vibrate when she has the phone set to "Silent".

My D1 will vibrate when "Silent", though - So I'm sure there must be a setting that I am missing on her DX.

Does anyone know what I need to set on her DX so that she can get a vibrate when the phone is set to "Silent"?

check out audiomanager - i have the pro version but the free one might do it too
