Hopefully someone out there will be able to help me.
On the DX when you wake it and get to the screen with the slider keys, one for unlocking and one for changing the ringer profiles, I noticed that the only options for the ringer were completely on or completely silent. I went into the settings and found the vibrate feature for incoming calls and turned it on.
Then I discovered that if you change your profile on the slider screen it overrides what you had changed in the settings to the default profile. Anyone know a fix for this or am I doing something wrong?
