Dumped D3 for S3! Any advice?

I had been a loyal Moto Droid owner since the day D1 came out. After several frustrating months with D3, I just got a Galaxy S3.
So, any advice for a S3 newbie would sure be appreciated!

-Launcher, or just use the stock launcher? (I used Go Launcher on D3)
-What to dump in the trash bin/uninstall?
-Must-have apps?
-Apps for cleaning cache, history, memory. (My Droid 3 was laggy, don't want that again)
-Durable case with a kick stand.
-Or, a desktop docking station that S3 will fit in with a case on (and what case will work)?
-Tips and tricks?
-Anything else?

The s3 really needs NO help as far as apps to clear memory.... Press and hold the Home button and you can do that from the task manager... As far as the rest check out the Sister site of DF here....
