Dropping call going from 4G to 3G

Ugh... this Max has been driving me crazy lately (still love it when it works). Now I'm dropping calls inside my house going fro. 4G (upstairs) to 3G (downstairs). Anyone she having similar issues?

I live in the country on the fringe of 4g coverage and my maxx is constantly switching from 4g to 3g at home. I've lived there for a month now and have only had one dropped call because of the switching.
