Ok so quick question then...I am rooted (used Gingerbreak) and instead of just freezing some of the bloatware I actually manually removed it through the terminal. I have no ROM's flashed but because I can't just "unfreeze" the bloatware should I flash back with the SBF before accepting the update?
If so I am also assuming by what I have read here that I won't be able to "re-root" the phone afterwards once it's running Gingerbread (at least not yet).
I am thinking perhaps I should flash back with SBF, root again with Gingerbreak and this time not remove any bloatware and then wait for the update???
Does this make sense?

Won't work man. You have to SBF and be 100% uprooted stock to take the OTA. Some people tried what you're talking about last night.
I installed it with gingerbreak already installed with no issues, just that you wont be able to use any rooted apps after the update.
so i download the zip on my phone or computer and dump it that way? once in recovery i boot using the update?
