Droid X2 or Droid 3?

Just got offered an early update from my Droid 2. Best two options appear to be the Droid 3 or Droid X2. It appears that the Droid 3 does not have the 3B Mobile Hotspot. Is that true? The X3 does have the mobile hot spot, correct?

Which would you choose?

if you don't care about keyboard, go with d3..
the only thing i see that dx2 is better than d3 is the thickness.
d3 have front-facing camera, omap 4 processor, nice 5 row keyboard, better qHD display(?).. better moto UI.. etc.

Both phones do have mobile hotspot capabilities. There is a relatively easy tutorial on how to hack the Droid 3's hotspot for free.

You do Realize the Bionic is coming out this week?.. I have the X2.. I like it, but I would trade it in a second for a Bionic.
