Comes with 2.2.2, but GB is expected at somepoint, however, techinically GB is not out officially for the original X. so not sure when to expect it for the X2.

We need a few leaks...including the DX2 SBF, and a leaked version of GB for the DX2. Could be a while before those show up...

With so much similar between the 2 phones other than some new guts, it may not be as long of a wait as it has been for some phones. And...according to talk at Google I/O they are supposed to be working on getting out software updates at a faster pace. This may be a good test case to see if that was all BS.

we really do need an SBF in order to make a rooting activities safer on this device.

And yes. I am hopeful they will release updates faster. But you know if they say, it's not the disappointment that hurts, it's the hope.

OK. Now that the official GB for X1 is out, we need an update for X2. I mean, how is it that the updated version is still running the old software. Big Fail VZW!!!
