All of my programs crash, sometimes my phone lags and glitches. So I looked up what I can do and I was told to factory reset. If I reset my phone I don't want to lose my service and be out of a cellphone for a month. My droid is a pay as you go (PPC) and isn't verizon. So if I lose my service I don't think I can just simply call and reactivate it. So if I factory reset it through my "Privacy" settings, will I lose my service for sure?

Service? No. Anything personal you have on the phone. Yes. A factory reset does exactly what it says. It resets the phone to its basic out of the box setup.

So when I reactivate the phone, ill be able to make a call or send a text without having to call my service provider?
