Droid X Video mail stuck

I'm trying to send an email that is 3.5mb large via our in house email server, over wifi. I have a good signal, but the email just sits in the outbox and times out. I don't get a specific error, just an exclaimation point next to it. Kinda sad about that.

I know, for a fact, the size limit is 20mb and there is no restriction on content from my server.

I can send a plain email from the same phone, or my old iphone.

Any ideas?

What service are you using (AOL, Gmail)? Maybe they have a restriction on file size?
