Email stuck

I have 2 emails stuck in my outbox. I use the native email app on my Bionic with an smpt setting. The system keeps trying to send the emails and giving me constant notifications that it cannot. (Authentication Failed) I cannot figure out how to delete the emails from the Outbox. Any help?

try going to settings/apps/gmail and clear data and cache. you will likely have to login to the account again but i think those stuck emails will be gone.
