How did cm trash your phone? I've never heard of this

Yes, please explain

I had been following the nightlies and when 23 came out, I installed it as I had installed all the previous nightlies. Reboot. I got a white motorola M logo and that was it. This was odd in itself as I had a custom blue M prior. I let it sit for a while. Pulled battery. Powered on. White M. I could not get into clockwork or stock recovery. SBF'd.
Someone suggested that I got a bad download. I do not know.

It was a major pain to get back to Liberty GB, but that is where I am now.

Did you use rom manager? I've updated with all the nightlies except for like 3 of em and I've never gotten a bad download.

Edit: also if you tried using dx bootstrap recovery it'll put you through a boot loop too

Yes, used Rom Manager. Not sure what happened. It changed my boto logo to stock for some reason too.

Back to the OP,
I've given up on Apex. I mean... really, who would release a ROM where changing the bluetooth volume blows it up and then never fix it?

It would be like changing the volume on your car radio and having it stall.

Sorry you feel that way. I think its a small issue for a solid, stable rom.

Try Liberty AOSP. Its basically like Apex.
