Droid X manual programming, config. setting for Talk For Good service

Can Any one help me with this configuration from Verizon to Talk For Good. Can I set the Droid X to 3G to have configuration. done when I activate. This is a correspondence I had with them :

You can use any Verizon 3G phone that is not a Verizon Prepaid phone. If the Droid x is a 4G phone it will activate but it needs someone that can manually program it. Our Over-the-air programming will not work wit a 4G phone.

I'm not sure i completely understand your question, but the Droid X is not a 4G phone, so it sounds like Talk For Good shouldn't have any problems.
