Droid X Frozen M

Hi, hoping someone can help...

I have a Droid X

Was on 2.1, I rooted using Universal Androot.

Then tried to get to 2.2 using MDW Presents: Droid X 2.3.13 - The Froyo Upgrade

As I reboot, it won't get past the Motorola M.

I've booted into recovery mode, cleared cache and data wipe, and still it won't get past the M.

Can anyone help?

2.3.13 is an update to 2.2 you were supposed to have the first 2.2 on there first. From reading what others that did that are saying you are going to have to sbf back to stock and start over. Check the hacks section for a how to on that, just follow the unbricking droid x guide.
