Just spoke with a Verizon Rep and was told the X will reach EOL status by end of this month. They will no longer get any New Droid X coming from Motorola. They will only be selling what they have in stock in there stores.
So I guess if they run out before my early upgrade date next month, I will purchase the Iphone4 or just wait for one of the newer phones.
I dont really feel safe purchasing an X from anywhere else but Verizon! I did find out though, that if I purchase an X next month I could do a one year contract with Verizon instead of two. That was nice to hear.
