DROID X Ear piece volume

I have a new DROID X phone. I need some more volume in the ear piece, not just ring volume. Does DROID phone have any adjustments for this???:greendroid:

If its during calls then go into call settings and uncheck voice privacy, it should raise the volume a lot.
