Nothing would happen to the phone... the replacer zip was made by team black hat, and is solid. I change nothing except the logo file inside. If I make a mistake (which is unlikely as I have automated most of the process), worst case is a black screen at boot, but the phone will still boot. More likely, the logo is backwards or upside down with messed up colors.

Hello Doctor,
Ever since I was a little boy I dreamed of one day wielding a tricorder that displayed afterdark's iconic flying toasters cascading across my screen, and now that I have a droid x I've been seeking out ways to realize it. I examined your how-to page but I am not very tech savvy. All I have to work with is the attached gif, no clue how to decompose it and apply it to my x's boot animation. Anything you can do to help would be greatly appreciated.

Here you go Install from zip in clockwork. See how it runs on your phone, it's a little laggy on mine, but most animations are. If it's laggy on yours, let me know and I'll tweak it around a little more.

Can some one please make these? I would love if you could make the entire screen the majority color. For instance, the Red Phillies Logo, is it possible to have the entire screen the red? Could you do that for all the logos?
