Here you go, enjoy!!

I took a look at the readme to create my own. Im somewhat familiar with hexedit but do not have photo-shop. Gotta hit the news groups I guess.

If you get time, could you convert this picture with black background?

Thank you!

I gotta figure this out, I want to play with the graphics

MidgetGrimm,

I am upto the Hex editing part and want to be sure Im doing it correctly. Could you explain this part for me?

Editing the image:

Using the hex editor, open up your image and erase the first 54 bytes and last 2 bits of data.
Reverse the data, using frhed go to: edit -> reverse bytes

Is a "byte" a complete line and a "bit" like just a "00"?

Yes one bit is a 00 block.

if you highlight from the first bit to the 54,(a little counter in the bottom left of window so you know) hit DEL the window will specify how many youre deleting, make sure it says 54,

NOW check the count in the bottom right hand corner it should say 262080. then its good. if it isnt, delete from the bottom till you get it.

NOW select all, reverse the bytes under the EDIT TAB and save as logo.bin exactly. drag the logo.bin file to your existing logoreplacer.zip file and replace existing, and rename your file and youre good.

here is the step by step if you dont have it already.
