Thank you sir! Now my Xoom boot animation is complete with a boot logo! 
It's aight....still like to make people happy. I've just done so many of them and
it takes time, figured it was time to call it quits

thank you for the effort. however, when i attempt to install my logo it sasys error in /sdcard/icon_logoreplacer.zip

How exactly are you trying yo install? You have to boot into Clockwork via Bootstrap, select "install zip from
sdcard", "choose zip from sdcard" and then scroll down to the named zip. Then select zip and install.
Edit:Check my new post below. You can't use these files if your on Droid 1. These are for Droid X's and Droid 2's.
