Could I please Request your services for these attached? if you can do an animated .gif i would really like the one named animated done if not the exile.jpg please.

Unfortunately you can't have an animated boot image. I could make it a booat animation, but really it's not a very good .gif to begin with, there are much better boot animations. If you really want me to though I could do it for you. As for the other one I'll do it for you

bro, don't be sorry about any delays. you were doing it for me, and i appreciate the time. I would like to verify i'm installing right though: add .zip to root of sd card, reboot into bootloader install .zip as if flashing a rom Correct?

Just go into Clockwork Recovery. Then select install zip from SD card and then choose zip from SD card. Scroll down to the named file you moved to your SD and select. It will make you scroll all the way down to the yes selection, hit camera button and after done hit power button to back up and reboot.

Thats what I Thought but it told me could not open bad file operation aborted and so I told it to reboot. of course now its stuck at the M after two battery pulls damn finiky software.

no, it was my file. idk why it didn't work. sorry about that trouble you had. must have made a mistake. strangely, the file chkmate made is a little larger than mine; however, browsing inside the .zip all the files are the same size, and the logo.bin file is exactly the same lol

I lied. Found a difference. Byte 424 Line 1

Dunno how that happened...I reversed the bytes and deleted the proper ones.

I have no clue how to change the desc.txt or how to change framerate. I'm good at the art part, but right now I'm breaking down other animations and putting my own pics in part0 and part1 folders and rezipping them.

No I didn't check your stuff out. By section do you mean Droid X Hacks Forum?

But basically to change your answer the desc.txt works this way.

Example:
480 854 8
p 1 0 part0
p 0 0 part1

Blue numbers are your dimensions - so 480x854

Red Number is fps (frames per second, unfortunately you can't change part files individually)

Orange is played once (the digit '1' is what defines this) - the last part of the line (part0) is an arbitrary name for the folder. So if you had two folders named "pwn" and "sauce" your desk would look
480 854 8
p 1 0 pwn
p 0 0 sauce

Green numbers are the frames replayed until your phone boots. The '0' defines this where the 1 defines the play once with orange letters.
