Droid X cleanup and Google Voice

I recently upgraded and my Droid X will be used for the kids primarily.

Kept kids apps and Netflix.

1. Looking to remove all contacts, not sure how. I am no longer syncing contacts to my gmail account linked to the device.

2. Can I make calls over Wifi using Google voice or am I still limited to SMS and voice mail review?
