Droid X browser doesn't work unless on mobile data. Help?

Just now, my Droid X wont open any website unless its running off Mobile data. When I try to go on websites on Wifi, I get the Web Page not available page immediately. Can someone assist me with this issue? By the way, I run MIUI.us 1.8.19
