Droid won't download apps

My Motorola Droid won't seem to download certain apps, even after I have paid for them. I believe the problem is that they are UK apps, as US ones download and install fine. Does anyone know how to change my phone from US English to UK English so I can see if that works? I remember seeing this posted someone before but I just can't find it.

Won't download apps

I have this same problem - the app is US and just will not download. Have tried same app on another identical phone, and it downloads fine. What could be stopping my specific phone from being able to download it? VERY FRUSTRATING!!!
