Droid won't allow me to put music on SD card

It was working fine the last time I put any music on it. But today I tried to add some music to my droid, just by dragging and dropping, and it wouldn't accept any of it. I tried formatting the card, starting over fresh, and that didn't fix anything.

I tried adding some SNES roms, and it worked fine. But when I try to drag and drop a single song from itunes it refuses to cooperate. And then when I try to eject the SD card my mac tells me that the card is in use and can't be removed.

If it's of any help, I'm using a Motorola Droid A855, rooted with Froyo 2.2

I would greatly appreciate any help.

Nevermind, it seems the problem is with the new version of Itunes that I installed. If I drag and drop from the itunes folder (not the program) it works fine.
