transferring music to SD card

I purchased the Salling Media Sync software and when i transfer my itunes playlists over to the SD card on the phone, not all of the music selected will transfer. I tried manually dragging the files from the harddrive of my computer, Mac Book, to the music file on the Droid. It shows the songs in the file but i am unable to access them on the phone. Any ideas?
