Droid Running Slow

Hello,

Yesterday my Droid started running really slow. I know that I can fix the problem by doing a reinstall but I thought I would ask here before I did that.

I am running the neweset CyanogenMod. Here are the apps that are running in the background...

GTalkService
GenieRefreshService
NexusWallpaper
SetCPU
SmartKeyboard
BBCUpdate
AstridAppWidget...

Any ideas? Are any of these apps notorious for slowing down the droid?
