I let my new Razr get down to 10%, then powered it down and plugged it into the charger last night. I woke up and it hadn't charged at all. I had to power it up before it would start charging. Is this normal? My old Droid would power back up as soon as you plugged the charger in. I am using the Factory Charger, not upgraded to ICS.
