Droid pokemon to pc pokemon

A friend and I both have the john gbc application and are running Pokemon generation II (silver/crystal) and was wondering if there is a way to load our SAVED pokemon games onto either 1 or 2 computers (whichever is easier) so that we are able to trade/battle. Keeping in mind that we are playing gameboy color games, is there a program that will LOAD our gen II games and what program would we need to use in oder to do this? Thanks
