Droid Photos. reduce megapixel size from original

Does anyone know of app to reduce photo mp's for uploading.

For taking the initial picture with the stock camera no.

Other camera apps may alow this but im not sure.

An alternitive is PicSay lite found in the market is free and
allows you to resize, rotate, crop/trim straighten, flip & rotate.

PicSayPro is also available with even more features.

I'll give it a whirl. I could take pix initially in a reduced format but i like the higher crisper larger format,

Like irfanView in windows. Reduces to 72dpi "?" I think without loss in presentation.
