Droid Navigation

Whenever I use the Google Navigation on my Droid I can never seem to get the Icon arrow to show the proper direction that I want it to point, ie the way I am going. If in the dock it will go left or right on the screen for example. Is there a way to set orientation in the phone itself because I can't seem to find it. Other real GPS units seem to let you pick what side is North. Thanks for any help.

If you are in Maps and just following along with your route, it is always North up and the arrow should point in the compass direction you are travelling (if you are using gps satellite signals.) If you are navigating to a destination in Maps, your direction of travel is always up.
