Droid keeps screenshots of browsing..

I saw that, and I'm glad I did.
I have History Eraser and it doesn't delete them.
Used Astro to browse to the files, and deleted them manually.
Hopefully this get fixed by either cleaner apps, or HTC themselves..

Yeah I just delete them from my computer, I noticed this yesterday when I hooked up my DI to my Viao. I don't like it but it's not that big of a deal.

where are they stored? that info might help.

Ok when your Droid Incredible is connected it'll show up as 2 different removable disks in Windows Explorer so find the one that has .bookmark_thumb1 that's where the screen shots are located. Just select them all and delete them if there's stuff you don't want seen or select them individually. However when you use the browser on the Droid Incredible again your bookmarks won't have any picture.

windows explorer > removable disk (?) > .bookmark_thumb1 > then delete what you want

This is all just a scare tactic of Engadget (which I love by the way). If you actually research it the information that they provided is a bit scewed. All of these bookmark screenshots are saved on your SD card. If you use astro you can delete it but the reason the stock OS doesn't delete it because if you were to sell your phone you would keep your SD card therefore making this whole article a waste of time. They are easily deletable and you can delete them if you want. I couldn't care less.
