droid keeps giving red eye and droid

cant turn phone on..this is my 2nd phone..same problum..what can i do????

droid gives red eye and driod,does not turn on???

See if you can get it to boot using this to get it to safe mode:

Then try a regular boot.

it does the same thing...red eye then droid??

it keeps doing the same thing....????
