buy or no buy? i was thinking of trading my Xbox 360 (i have a PS3) for $150+Droid Incredible w/ bad ESN. i was thinking of rooting it and using it as a WiFi device. do you think its a good purchase?

Ask yourself why it's got a bad ESN? It's either a lost phone or a stolen phone. It may actually belong to the insurance company if someone reported it lost and had insurance.

If it is stolen, then you have accepted stolen goods. Why go there? Don't buy it.

Best to walk from something like that, especially since no matter what the story the insurance company technically owns it... Simply best to walk.
