The Incredible 2 has new images that are has been leak out now being shown with the Red Eye with every DROID-branded phone. I believe that it will be released soon. . Looks pretty similar to the eye from the original, but a little larger?

Exactly right. Should be exactly these specs. Not a slouch at all. Imagine a thinner TB without 4G and a 4.0" screen. Not a bad setup.

This will be the phone I get for my girlfriend, she loves her DI and wants the DI2. I'm happy it has the FFC as she uses skype alot to talk to her family. Hopefully they have the white back for it like the DI had. Just need a release date.

If I read the stats right, this phone basically has the same hardware as the Thunderbolt??? Same Ram, Processor, etc... Correct me if I'm wrong.

Pretty much exactly the same, just no LTE.

Keep in mind some people aren't in LTE areas and some LTE areas are still getting stable, so for some, a 3G phone with the same specs as the TB, except thinner and a hair smaller is a very good thing.
