Droid freezes up

I have had my Droid not for almost two weeks. So far my phone has frozen up 5 times and had to remove the battery in order to get it operational again. Any thoughts?

do a factory reset and check what apps u download who know it may be an app problem

Return it, mine has been working just fine so you should probably get another one.
