Droid Eris No Identity

I had my eris rooted to 2.1 and I got a screen density app that conflicted with my pandahome theme. I finally uninstalled it and rebooted my phone. Once my phone powered on it wouldnt find service. I did multiple factory resets and it still wont find service. I have come to realize that it has no identity at all. I cant get wifi or bluetooth. There is no IMEI, SIM serial #, no phone number and no IMSI. It says the firmware is 1.6 with unknown baseband, unknown build number and unknown software number. Please help I have no phone!

This is probably similar to what happened to my Droid 2. Just call *228 and then press 1 when prompted. It will program your phone for you and everything will be back to normal.

If that doesnt work, reflash the RUU, and re root.
