1. Format system then...
2. WIPE cache/factory reset x3
3. wipe dalvik x3
4. flash rom
5. wipe cache/factory reset at least once
6. wipe dalvik at least once
7. reboot

So I am going to do this in a bit.

the only thing stopping me is having to set up all my apps again, so I will ask.

I use Titanium Backup Pro Root and backup the apps I use most. Can I backup all my stuff and then restore it or will that cause issues? Is there anything I should not backup/restore?

Also if I try the 1.2 and it does not settle for me can I do as before and just flash 1.1 over 1.2 without a wipe.

The only stuff I have backed up is stuff I downloaded, mostly games. I did not back up any system stuff or anything that might tie into system stuff.

That's what I do. Backup downloaded apps only. I haven't had an issue yet.

its coming when i did the pulldowns and battery fixes i used the wrong frameworks and i forgot to switch it back.
