Droid & Computer docking question...

Greetings,

I have a docking stand for my Motorola Droid. Actually I have two different brands. At any rate, my question is if we are using the Droid on the docking stand, and the docking stand is powered by USB from the computer, is there a way that the light will stay lite while showing the clock? My screen goes blank on me.

Unless I am mistaken, while it is plugged to the wall with the included power cable and it is docked, it stays lite.

Any ideas, let me know ;-)

It should stay on as long as the dock has the properly placed magnet to turn on the media dock app.
