droid bricked itself?

I'm sitting here minding my own business streaming pandora, and then the phone suddenly reboots. I had turned on wifi because i'm at a coffee shop with free wifi. now the phone keeps rebooting. I can't turn off wifi, and i'm showing no. service. help!!!!!

Try a battery pull.

If that doesn't work, try booting to safe mode. As it's booting hold the menu button on the physical keyboard and the power button until it finishes booting. Should say "safe mode" in the bottom right corner if you did it right.

Try removing any recently downloaded apps while in safe mode and boot back to normal and see if the problem persists.

did battery pulls. phone must have booted it self a dozen times. found hard boot instructions. did that. back to factory now...not ideal...but it's working....
