Yesterday, I dropped my phone in the rain and the battery came out. Nothing was wrong with it after I put it back in and turned it back on, but about thirty minutes later it just shut off. So I plugged it in and it displayed 0 percent battery, but only a few minutes later it said 100 percent and a then it will go back to 0 again after a few more minutes. No matter what I do it will not turn on even when its plugged in. (All I get is the red M when I hit the power button.) Please help.

it is possible you cracked the graphite in the battery and need a new one as deduct said, also possible something inside the phone got damaged by the shock when it hit the ground.
if by chance you got the extended battery when you bought it, you could put in the original and see if its the battery.
