DROID Bionic running slow??

I live in an area that only has 3g, I was told that my phone would be faster than my original DROID...well its the complete opposite my Bionic is so much slower than the original..any solutions? And Yes I searched for the same problem in the forums.. there was only one and there wasnt any real advice.../:

The browser mainly, I have problems sometimes with downloading being slow but not enough to worry about..

Try one of the alternate browsers such as Dolphin Mini/Dolphin HD or xScope. Both of these are much faster in 3G than the native browser on my phone in my area.
