Droid bionic, if 3G is possible

Hey i was wondering if say in December the bionic has already came out by then, and i bought it, but 4G still isn't available in my area, would it still support 3G? Also, would you still have to pay for 4G if it isn't available?

You should be fine with the 3G and you pay for Data not 4g OR 3g so you will be charged the same every month

O my bad - i meant to say data - that'd make more sense lol

You are required to have a data plan on any Verizon smart phone so yeah, you'll have to pay for it.
