My brother was having issues when he tried plugging his USB cord into a double USB port charger. It was constantly flickering and the green screen would stay on after unplugging. I checked the volts on it and they were different, problem solved.
I may be the only one but I realized sometimes different computers cause it to lag when I was trying to surf web.
