Droid 4 won't ring

Starting last week, my Droid 4 won't ring or vibrate at all for any incoming call. The ringer volume is set all the way to the right.

Any suggestions on how to fix?


Went to the Verizon store after work. The tech pressed the power button and volume buttons concurrently. That fixed the problem - now the ring tone is audible.
