I want my free flipphone back. This droid is frustrating and verizon won't support apps that came with the phone.
I set up a smart action, sleep, and setup vip callers so they will ring loud even if the phone is muted. Doesn't even try to work, i can see the call but no ring, no sound. Tried several contacts and numbers, nothing.
Called verizon, connected to india, she didn't even know about the feature. She sent me to the verizon webpage to watch videos on how to use my phone, lol. Just for kicks i went there and can't find any videos. Not that a video will fix a broken program.
Please help!
