smart action VIP callers

Anyone use the smart action VIP callers. I just tried using it and it did not work. Not sure what went wrong. Settings seem ok. Any advice

What is your setup?

Mine:
-While plugged in charging
-connected to "home" wifi
-display off
-no movement
--------------
Sound set to silent/vibrate
VIP (wife & kids) ringer volume Max.

Basically I plug my phone in while sleeping and only allow the family to contact me.

I will check and set it up similar and see if that works thanks.
I just had it set for nighttime.
No movement

I had night time, but I work odd hours.
The setting I have now will work whether I sleep days or nights. As long as I am at home with it plugged in.

Wonder if Vibration could possibly trigger the "no movement " causing yours to switch. I really don't need that since screen off and charging are both there.
