Droid 4 not FULLY syncing with Microsoft Outlook Contacts

Hello!
'Just purchased a Motorola Droid 4 (converted from a Blackberry). Tried to sync phone to the Microsoft Exchange account, which is mostly did (can read emails and see the calendar just fine).
The problem is that not all of the contacts are in the new Droid. Specifically, there are 5095 contact in the Exchange account, but only 4895 uploaded/ synced to the Droid. 'Did the whole "Exchange Sync" thing via "add accounts," Manage accounts, and used "Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync" to complete the process.
Has anybody else encountered this, and has anybody found a solution?
