droid 4 keeps going idle while i'm using my phone.

Can anyone help? Has this happened to anyone? For example i'll be on my phone whether its using text, google, or playing a game i'll be in the middle of tapping and using the screen and my screen just turns black(idle) so i have to push the i guess *wake up button* and then sometimes not even 1mintue later it'll do it again and repeat quite a bit. I've noticed it does this most the time at night. I can't seem to figure out how to fix this issue. I hope someone can help me.

What is your sleep setting?

System settings, display, Sleep.

Minimum is 15 seconds, Maximum is never timeout. Try changing it to anything different than what you have it now, ok it....then change it back to what you want.

Phone Just Goes To Sleep In Under a Minute

You're not alone. My phone will also periodicaly do the same thing. I have my phone set to time-out at 3 minutes, so I know it is not the setting. Sometimes this will happen 4 or 5 times in a row. Can't figure the darn thing out. Most of the time I never have this problem ??????????????
