Droid 4 Jellybean - how to use a USA t-mobile prepaid card

Hi, i have the Droid 4 for Verizon Wireless, just got the Jellybean update

I want to switch my service over to T-Mobile's unlimited data/sms/mms for $30 and no contract.

Is this possible to do on my phone? And how would i go about doing something like this?

The issue is CDMA vs GSM. Droid 4 and some other phones use CDMA in the USA, and can only use GSM (and SIM cards) outside of the USA because the features have been disabled for use with US carriers.
People are working on a solution for unlocked phones, but no resolution as of today. Maybe watch this thread for updates:
