Droid 2 update question

when and if we geta new update - will it update automatically or will I get to manual update - reason I ask is I am rooted and need to unroot if I can figure it out - have not uninstalled any apps (none) and installed using Z4ROOT

Its really day to day with this update. I am also rooted with custom roms and everything else but I check for system updates every 2 days just to see. Again its nothing but rumors right now

Just check the forums everyday, people tend to go a little crazy when firmware updates come out for their phones. I personally throw a party and invite all my friends over my house when a firmware update comes out for my D2.

As for being rooted, I'm rooted and I received the last update fine. It removed my root, but I was easily able to root my phone again.
